One Unforgettable Experience: \n\n\nNew for 2026\, the Concours weekend transforms into a multi-day automotive festival\, offering something for every kind of enthusiast! \n\n\nNEW on Friday: \n\n\nConcours d’Lemons South Bend — A crowd-favorite\, this tongue-in-cheek event celebrates the weird\, the flawed\, and the un-best of the automotive world. \n\n\nAutomotive History Live: A Lecture Forum — Lectures from world-renowned automotive historians and speakers will delight automotive hobbyists and collectors alike. \n\n\nCollectors Celebration Dinner — An elegant evening event bringing together collectors\, exhibitors\, and special guests for fine dining and conversation. \n\n\nSaturday: \n\n\nConcours d’Elegance at Copshaholm — The main event\, this Concours showcases world-class automobiles in the historic gardens of the Copshaholm mansion. Throughout the day\, guests will enjoy a lively atmosphere with local food trucks\, a specialty ice cream vendor\, and plenty of opportunities to relax\, explore\, and connect. DESCRIPTION:Celebrate the Un-Best of the automotive world.\nTerrible cars\, worse trophies\, lots of fun. \nThe Concours d’Lemons\, a tongue in cheek show celebrating the Un-Best of the automotive world\, clatters into South Bend\, Indiana on July 10\, 2026\, as part of the Concours d’Elegance at Copshaholm. Held on the grounds of the Museum Campus\, participants will share their affection of their less than loved autos with spectators and capricious\, bribery prone judges who award thrift store sources prizes in hilarious categories such as “Rust Belt American Junk”\, “Most Dangerous”\, and “Best Back Seat”. The whole debacle culminates in the presentation of the coveted “Worst of Show” trophy that sees the owner and hooptie showered in silly string. \nThe Concours d’Lemons is free for spectators\, while admission is charged to the Museums. The narrative explores why Coombs specified the car in right‑hand drive\, the racing modifications he commissioned\, and how the GTO became intertwined with the culture of 1960s British motorsport. For questions\, call Maria at 574-235-9002. \n\nAbout Hagerty Junior Judging\nIntroduced as our first official youth service in 2007\, the Youth Judging Program is hosted at more than 100 classic car and boat events throughout the U.S.\, Canada and the U.K. The Youth Judging Program brings the world of classics to a kid friendly level. The Young Judges are guided through the show field as a group to pre-selected show cars and interact with owners\, allowing the judges to learn details\, history and fun facts about each. A simplified score card that highlights five basic categories and is rated on a scale of 1-to-5 is used.
